Privacy Policy

ALTER is run by Aryan Mewara (ARME), Flat 601, SRG Apartment, Kanke Road, Ranchi, Jharkhand, India. This page says what we hold about you, why, and who else sees it.
What we collect
- When you book: your name, email address and phone number; the name of the person coming with you if you book for two; which ticket you bought and what you paid; and whether you asked for WhatsApp messages.
- When you pay: Razorpay handles the payment. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank details; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and its reference.
- When you visit: anonymous statistics through Google Analytics, such as how many people arrive from an advertisement, how far down the page they read, and how many open the booking form. This is not used to identify you.
Why we hold it
- To confirm your booking and let you in at the door.
- To send you the details and reminders before the event, by email and, if you asked for it, WhatsApp.
- To handle refunds and transfers.
- To know whether our advertising is working.
Who else sees it
Only the services that make the booking work, and only what each one needs:
- Razorpay — takes the payment (India).
- Cloudflare — hosts the page and stores the booking list.
- Resend — sends the confirmation and reminder emails.
- AiSensy — sends the WhatsApp messages, when you have asked for them.
- Anthropic — when you take our self-inquiry, your answers (not your name, email or number) may be sent to Anthropic’s Claude to help write your personal reading. They are used only to write that reading, not to train anyone’s models.
- Google Analytics — anonymous visit statistics.
We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone else for their own marketing.
WhatsApp messages
We message you on WhatsApp only if you ticked that box when booking, and only about the event you booked: your confirmation and the reminders before the day. Reply STOP, or message us, and we stop.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for up to three years, since payments and refunds have to be accounted for. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
Write to be@alter.dance to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop messages. We answer within 7 days.
Cookies
The page itself sets no advertising cookies. Google Analytics sets its own to count visits. Blocking cookies in your browser does not stop you booking.
